I personally feel a strong connection between the amount of times I've tapped days in a row versus my social intelligence and happiness level, being the longer I go without fapping makes me less autistic and more happy and less rude to people which is why I see nofap as an ESSENTIAL part of my future career and why I'll be regular one day and then pointing out all the Teslas on the road the next. and also how this sentence is not properly formatted compared to when other days its grammatically perfect.
