Take vepugratinib?

About 5’7 about to turn 16 (although bone age is closer to 15 since it’s almost a year behind) Last time I checked growth plates are open so I want to take vepugratinib mainly since it seems safe as it doesn’t accelerate bone age and I’d have no way to hide needles in my room, is it too late/early to take them and how often and for how long would be optimal if not
