So, I never went to clubs or partied much in my life. That was because my friends didn't either and I felt like I wouldn't get treated too well and it would just be a pretty blackpilling event as a whole.

About 1 month ago that changed I'm going out more now.

Random advice (not sure if ideal but it's what I've been doing):
- go with mixed groups, ideally more women than men
- wear wide pants you can dance ain comfortably + a tight slim fit T-shirt (if you're built/ lean)
- wear boots / something that makes you look taller
- move. Don't autistically stand in the corner. Just dance. I'm always completely sober and dancing.
- if you get an IOI, shoot your shot if you think she's gl. Don't wait for confirmation. Don't overthink it. You wait for confirmation and an other guy is on it already.
- homegirls of yours are your best wingman. They can go up to girls and ask what they think about you and set you up.

Reflection on where I'm standing:
I want to save you the cringy stories no one wants to hear anyways.

- I'm at a point where every time I'm out, I get approached and IOIs.
- I also never approach or make moves myself. I only engage with women when they actually come up to me and talk to me.
- This is a result of me not being 100% sure yet if my read of situations is accurate. Also I just recently learned that I'm apparently attractive to many women.
- The problem with waiting to get approached as a man is, that most women give IOIs at most and don't approach. So you'll miss out on most potential action.
- Also you can just negatively and not positively select that way. Guys who are decently GL and approach win more often than not. Never witnessed any hard rejections yet.
- on a victim weight cut rn. Glycogen storages depleted. Looking smaller. I'd rather look a bit bigger at the club. Didn't eat many carbs regardless to not get bloated. Maybe this isn't the best option though. Can you get fuller muscles without filling your face up with water as well?

I've stopped going to those kind of parties and prefer short gathering. I'm over that phase now

All decent advice, wide pants and a slim wife beater is the best combo IMO.
Imo slim fit T-shirt mogs wife beater because it's more universal.
In a wife beater you'll never look high class and depending on the setting, you'll negatively stick out.
A form fitting T-shirt with some silver jewelry is better for that reason. I like the one from cos.

If you’re not lean, nothing else matters. That’s the whole secret everyone dances around.

I was 94kg of pure fat in high school. By uni I got to 94kg lean running whatever it took — test, var, mast, winstrol, RAD-140, clen, cardarine, even Reta. Literally everything in my power.

Life doesn’t change until your bodyfat drops. No methods or advice here will change that get lean asap.

When I was fat, girls wouldn’t even follow me back when I asked for lecture notes.
Now they’re the ones DM’ing me
Get lean first. Everything else comes after brah 🔱🔱🔱

pm me for source if you need. btw that’s just what I did personally you can easily get lean with safe things like calorie deficit and reta. you don’t need the roids or clen

I used to be around 16 or 17% bf.
I've been on Reta for 2 weeks now.
I look a lot leaner already, especially facially. I assume a lot of it is water and glycogen loss, some of it surely fat as well.
My face looks quite a lot better, but my body probably a bit worse. Flatter, a bit less vascular in the arms.
I have an ectomorph type frame, so while I'm lucky to have relatively nice proportion, a narrow waist and decent insertions, I look small and skinny pretty easily.

Now I'm wondering if I should push through the cut (I'll do it anyways), get to 10-12% bf and then eat more again. I assume my body will look fuller, but won't my face bloat up again with it? Or will the lower fat percentage be enough to compensate?

I'm ~185cm and probably now in the cut in the low to mid 70kg range. 78kg before. Narrow waist, relatively skinny legs contribute to that. I'm still pretty strong at the gym. But I will obviously not look big in any way like that.

I took RAD140 before as well, now I'm thinking about going on test. But that's a bigger commitment, at least mentally, than SARMS.
Face > body all the way. But I don't want to look like a victim either.

What's your bf%? And are you currently on roids or completely off?

I blasted all the different samrs in high school, rad lgd, and s4. Ive noticed that since they don't convert to e2, you keep your lean face.

But I believe they were a complete waste of time and actually hindered my process. What's the point of completely shutting down your hpta axis just to restart it and shut it off again? Another thing is the plate closure with pcts like Nolva or clomid. Thankfully, I had a high enough IQ to take aromasin throughout puberty to keep my plates open.

Start test asap.

I would say 15% But I always get more puffy on the blasts because of the higher test dosage. Im curently just on trt 150mg and never plan to hop off other than for kids.
