i already cut out alcohol completely. Went from drinking 14-18 bottles of wine per week to 0. Wasn't even hard at all.

For drugs I am doing 1 day of drugs per week, to give me something to look forward to tbh. Some guaranteed enjoyment.

+ I am restarting DIY ketamine therapy to help with my brain-plasticity

I am going to start self-administered ketamine-therapy against my depression.

I feel much better overall since the rave, more positive. I am thinking it might've been the ketamine. Ketamine is being trialed with some success against depression profesionally. But since the professional therapy is way more expensive, might aswell start self-administering. I am thinking...

Perks of being depressed is that withdrawal symptoms feel just like my normal depressed self honestly. I barely notice the difference.

And theres something weird where lack of sleep seems to lower my depression. So i come back from a rave and sleep like shit or dont sleep at all, and because of that effect i feel great the next day lmao, when normies are having brutal withdrawals from all the drugs.
