30k a day is too much to sustain. I take 10k IU every other day and that does the trick. Have you noticed anything from taking 30k IU a day?

On 5k everyday I felt normal but still had low energy and stuff, on 30k its like u are supercharged, dick working like crazy, solid as a rock
