I need to be mentally sound and clear if I want to add size to get to a legit 24 inch bideltoid while being lean. And this place is hindering my sleep and workouts intensity since I come check my notications during my sets lol. Found another gyms that's not closed because of Corona which closed down my old gym. But if the new gym closes down I will be back. It's been fun posting here and met some good people here too. Bye for now
