Taking a gap year after school to ascend for university worth it?

Was wondering if it's worth it to take a whole year off after I finish school at 18 yrs and then (depending on if I still think it's worth it) get rhino to fix my side and 3/4 completely. So everything can heal off completely while chilling with friends and working some part-time job until I go to uni one year later.
Or would you guys say that it's better to just go to uni immediately after and deal with the swelling (if i only get bsso ofc)?

Yeah, I regret going to uni right after high school. I wasn't ready for it, had too much baggage from the shitty time I had in school, became a stoner to cope and it prevented me from enjoying those years. Take the gap year, but work on yourself don't just fuck around. Find a job, work out, self-improvement etc. Otherwise it will make things worse. As for the surgery thing I don't know, I haven't seen your face. Sounds fair, and you're probably right. Im succesful with most girls I approach, but I'm a huge perfectionist and when something bugs me about my appearance I need to fix it. Just wanting to do BSSO and rhino to finally be happy with myself. Though BSSO is also needed healthwise and the rhino will just be done if i still get fucking mental bc of the slight hook on my nose.

I'm already doing self-improvement stuff, been going to the gym for the past year, still playing football and learning some new skills.

True I look good enough now so that I can wait. When I am 30 my bone structure will literally be perfect I hope which will make up somewhat for the ageing process. OP there’s no point, you can get a part time job in first year with all your free time and do both. Unless you have a business/trading plan you’re only setting yourself back financially in the long term and working low IQ mcjob for a year isn’t good for you mentally.

That's great advice and is what i'm actually going to do. My dad lives just about 10 mins from the Uni i'll go to so i can live with him until i have some financial stability.
Bimax will be paid off all by myself (thank god for payment plans) with some help from my parents.
