Taking a pay cut for a new completely remote job

I’mgoing to go from 62 on w2 to 50. But I can travel anywhere and choose my own hours. And usually if you’re good you can increase 10% within 2 years



I won’t have to live in shithole Seattle anymore.

Its not as good as it used to be, tbh a lot of the FANG and their adjacent companies like microsoft were memes to begin with, but smaller companies are still good hiring. tho you wont get a compensation package like one of those big meme comapnies

yeah i did 1, very important that you do get one, but if you dont, just lie on your resume cuz first 1-2 positions are usually pretty hard
