Do it on an empty stomach, it really does help a bit, I know a guy that HAD to drink at least 2-4 shots before certain things (like meeting girls and presentations), I don't do it because of the health risks (I already drink occasionally so I would eventually become an alcoholic) but I would surely do it if there wasn't so many health risks to drinking all the time, and have some gum to not smell.

The problem is you might need alcohol every day after that, to keep up with the same energy and low inhibition, people might think you're depressed or something happened to you if you stop drinking and you'll act more inhibited and quiet.
I would reserve alcohol only for special occasions like parties, clubbing, etc. where it's socially acceptable to drink and you're expected to have fun, act uninhibited.

I take Pregab. Believe propranolol could be useful too but not tried yet.
Phenibut makes me too dazed and alcohol could potentially be smelled (normies are extremely sensitive to smell)

Depends on your alcohol tolerance, I’m probally the minority but if you gave me one shot of vodka before a interview on a empty stomach I would have to internally fight to not seem inebriated and that’s even worse.

bad idea, just take propranolol before an interview (inhibits physical anxiety symptoms) and use pregab for social events. don't make urself retarded with alcohol especially before an interview.
