Taking Accutane only to reduce nose size, thoughts?

May sound stupid, but as title says pretty much. My skin is almost always good but I also want to fix my skin being oily at times and there is some texture near my eyebrow and forehead. Would Accutane be a waste or are is there any other way to go about shrinking nose?

Works but doesn’t last long, I think Accutane is the best way cuz it shrinks the oil glands in ur face, lowk not sure whether to commit to it or not
