Taking advantage of split mid palatal suture and loose surrounding sutures during custom marpe.

I am currently on a custom Marpe treatment with a slow protocol so basically MSE no headgear and I’m wondering with my split maxillary suture and loose surrounding sutures is there anything I can do to maximize any forward growth or ccw during this time period I’m constantly holding ideal tongue posture obviously but is there anything else I can do?
