Taking an AI without gear

Currently 19, Not on gear atm, but have genetically high aromatization (had massive gyno during puberty, even when still moderately healthy, stored a lot of fat in the waist/face even while 14% bf).

Anyone have any thoughts taking an aromatase inhibitor even while not on gear? Thinking about just 0.25mg 3x a week.
