Who's even taking 5mg? From what ive read more than 2mg is unnecessary if you have very high estrogen levels. Most people take 0.5-1mg (standard dosing) which lowers e2 levels by half

Theres no point after 19, you simply do not have enough growth factors even if your growth plates are open as growth hormone is compromising past a certain age. Estrogen is just one of the factors identified in closing growth plates, low thyroid can also close growth plates probably much faster
