Taking Creatine alongside Other Meds

Currently I’m on Seziure meds(Depakote) and wanna get on creatine but based of research it’s advised i shouldn’t. Trying to find someone with a similar experience because doctors have told me to wait 6 months to see if I’m able to supplement creatine but I really want to begin now.

Depakote & creatine both cause activity in your liver, I wouldn't overlap the two cause it could lead to further complications, but there's little to no actual research.

Creatine is not worth risking this, you won't see an insane amount of gains relative to not taking creatine.

ah nevermind, a few days/weeks ago we all set our profile pictures to flashing red & blue lights as "epilepsy bait", if you were on the forum at the time you probably would've had a seizure since that shit was EVERYWHERE.

Just don’t take creatine it’s utter cope. Taking creatine is the equivalent to adding 40 more grams of protein in your diet JFL
