i lost some hair density after working out 2 hours in weight strength training, did atleast 12 excercise and 15 min cycling and pushups and assisted pull up and 7/10 min treadmill at end running 15 km for 3 minutes rest at 12 6 and 9

is excessive strength training and mental stress causing hair loss?
i did cold shower after gym,and saw huge difference in hair density in comp to before today gym session

i am also taking daily 3 g of creatine monohydrate after workout

yes anything over one hour greatly increases cortisol. anything more than twice a week also greatly increases cortisol and serotonin

Not in that short of a timeframe. The telogen phase lasts for like 3months. Even with telogen effluvium it takes 1.5months+ for the shedding to start after the stressful event.

i been doing 2 hour weight training strength excercise for a week
i target a particular muscle and do the athlean x routine of 12 different ex and all the variations of them

once even twice a day

i am loosing hair already but i thing excessive gym is speeding it,maybe creatine too

do you think i should take topical or oral hair medicine?

medicine?

i doctor said he will give me topical hair medicine for hair growth
it will take 2 months to show changes

I got telogen effluvium after a basedstein-barr virus infection, but the shedding only lasted 2.5 months. If you're shedding continues after 6months it's chronic not acute or something else.

Telogen Effluvium is very obvious though, like literal clumps of hair, might be harder to see if you have short hair though.

Its good, it upregulates Muscle ATP by heck loads and also increases DHT and 5 AR sensitivity. Also reverses nerve damage. But aprt from higher glycogen store in muscle it wont address the underlying problem. 0.25-0.5 mg of cyproheptadine 4 hours before bed is ideal. It greatly increase appetite while antagonising cortisol, PTH, aldosterone and adrenaline. It actually feels like low THC weed without the mind discombabulation. Its great for weight gain. I grew muscle from it and t3 combo without even working out
