There’s a chance u can grow at late stages of plate closure with like 20iu of hgh, don’t use me and try to figure out if your plates are open through a xray or measuring your height growth recently

Why mk if you already have gh and if you don’t get an x ray you might waste your money for nothing. Also if you haven’t grown in a while they’re most likely closed
