taking lycopene + beta carotene cope or no

i wanna try taking 10 mg lycopene alongside 15mg of beta carotene, would i have to take a bigger dose? kek
i need a tan heavily since barely any sun this summer please help

u should go a bit higher on the beta carotene, u need 20-50 mg for results and it’s not bad for ur health so take 50 mg for faster/better results
