I'm very against people using stimulants when if not prescribed, but Clav probably actually did meth or some amphetamine stim for appetite suppression. I don't think he actually has a Desoxyn prescription he probably uses street meth (could be laced with coke) or crushes his prescribed adderall

Lisdexamfetamine( vyvanse) is literally FDA approved for binge eating disorder and is prescribed for it.

Desoxyn would probably cause more appetite suppression especially if the max daily dose is taken twice in a day acting like an XR
