just take it before bed if you want to growth taller with it 10-25mg mk isnt a cycle there are a lot of videos that talk about it just be carful with insuline so watch out for sugar food, take it every night ou 5 days a week like dont take in the weekends, for growing taller its better if you take it every day you can star with 10mg and than increse to 20 our 25 mg, there arent many side effect besides the insuline

and yes hgh is on another lvl if you can take it, than take it its 1000x better but its more expensive.

and you can spike bone growth with insuline so you could take sugar while on mk677 but its a bit dangerous if you dont really know about it, cus it isnt just the bones growing, your heart grows too but yea,
