Taking my parents sevikar for debloating

I recently found that my mom uses sevikar for blood pressure and realised that it’s an angiotestin II receptor antagonist, I was thinking it was similar to an ACE agonist. I haven’t looked into it at all that’s why I’m asking for any opinions here first if you guys know anything, is this a good idea or am I an IQcel
