take phen hcl on empty stomach. stay away from this forum. follow only nt good users in touch w reality, check forum only 2-3 times a week for 5 minutes and u will mentally improve a lot more. I’m only checking twice a week for 5 min then I’m out and feel way better. Take good, leave behind bad
