How is the efficacy and bioavailability compared to oral administration.

I would much rather do a sublingual cycle in the future to mitigate the liver toxicity that comes with orals

Sublingual SARMs hit harder per mg because they skip the liver on first pass, which means better absorption and less liver stress compared to oral. Orals are easier to take but you lose some potency and your liver does more work. Sublingual’s a little more annoying to dose and tastes rough, but it’s the smarter play if you’re trying to keep your organs chill while still getting solid gains.

Im gonna permacruise 150 test + hcg to stay 8% bodyfat w/o any issues.

But with that said sarms still mog roids in to fucking oblivion even as long as youre not planning on being giga lean

f you take 10mg LGD orally, go with about 7–8mg sublingual since it hits harder. Hold it under your tongue for ~90 seconds.
