Taking sleeping pills for short periods of time mogs

Getting great sleep and feeling relaxed careless and free all through the day. Don't do them too often though because it's highly addictive.

My doctor only prescribes it at low doses so it's self regulating, but if you have unlimited supply I imagine it could get out of hand for some. JP with his high IQ fell victim to benzo withdrawals from hell, someone with all imaginable resources at hand failed to moderate his use and suffered for years as a consequence.

What sleeping pills do you use. I have sleep deprivation but im slowly fixing it. Would ve great to know what sleeping pills you use since melatonin and other bullshit doesn’t work for me

I use Zopiclone. It's really fantastic imo. Long lasting, keeps you sleepy the whole night.

This is bonus tip that's not necessary: you can drink grapefruit juice to potentiate the effect because there's enzymes that make the zopiclone more bioavailable. Also alcohol has a potentiating effect, but is risky because you can get blackout drunk with too much, just a little, 1 or 2 drinks can massively increase the effect.
