Taking SPF 50 during winter in Europe?

youre not dtm dw, its smart to take spf during winter bc sunrays are there still, just stick to an spf 50 year round and dont overthink it, get a good brand tho

get either a korean brand or la roche posay, personally i use la roche posay cant go wrong with it

this one, its cheap and does the job. I dont wanna spend too much money. I wanna then get some retinol too

dont waste your money on retinol get smth like tretinoin or tazarotene instead, try tret first bc its less irritating

Gotta get a prescription for it. Idk what to tell my GP about it. I dont have acne. He might say its useless for me. Derma appointment takes 3 months too and they are very stingy where I am located
