Not only it’s giga cheaper, you also don’t consume a shitton of sugar (muh natural, sugar is sugar) for tiny tiny traces of nutrients

For 10 euros, you can get 300 grams of blackberries or a bottle of multivitamins. Just make sure to get one which doesn’t have minerals that fight with each other for absorption

Don‘t know why should waste money on useless supplements unless you‘re working out/doing extensive work.
