Taking Test months before surgeries

I want to hop on testosterone. I haven’t consulted with a doctor to even hop on test yet but I am more concerned about it being an issue to take test right now and get surgery in december/january than if i actually need test. I likely do because im like a little twink build. I want to ask my surgeon but I am getting surgery in another country and tbh i’m not able to ask directly rn. im getting a revision rhinoplasty, and jaw angle and chin implants.

shit my bad i forgot to say which ones. revision rhinoplasty and jaw angle implants and a chin implant

It will interfere slightly but it wont cause you to have to do a complete revision or anything, with test youre facial muscles will grow to a certain extent, but it won't be too much where your skull changes completely
