Taking testosterone for the cognitive effects?

What do you guys think of this idea? I'd like to experience the libido boost and drive from test but without any of the horrible bodily effects, like acne and hair loss. Since reducing my inhibitions doesnt work for me for socializing, i need something that makes me more assertive and energetic, even masculine i'd say

is there a way to get a more localized effect in the brain and compounds i can take to block the bodily effects? for example can i snort it so its more local to my brain?

theres no commercially available (i mean for the average person) to have localised test without side affects in the rest of the body.
maybe no ester test would be the closest thing for what your looking for, but its extreem and not the best solution.
