Taking these supplements at 13, am I good?

Im planning on getting more stuff in the coming months, since supplements obicously aren’t gonna ascend me alone, but here’s what I’m currently taking:

Vitamin D3
Vitamin K2
Ashwaganda gummies

Anything I should add/ take out?
 
yes but they won't do anything noticeable

all unneccesary, just eat healthy, lift weights and be a kid.

its all genes, no supplement/PED will compensate for bad genes

These are necessary honestly if you’re deficient you would see a good difference but rember bone grows slowly and you’re actually soon entering the peak bone growth stage

no amount of supplements will ascend a person from ltn to htn :feelskek:
at the end of the day pinning experimental drugs is the most efficient way to do it, unless you're deficient you get a negligible difference in the amount of bone you grow
Never hurts to take it just that it won't be some sort of miracle ascension

take creatine

good for building muscle
slight DHT boost
mild cognitive effects

maybe supplement zinc and magnesium if you are low on levels or even calcium if that’s a weak point in your diet

keep the d3 for sure
