Taking these supplements at 13, am I good?

Im planning on getting more stuff in the coming months, since supplements obicously aren’t gonna ascend me alone, but here’s what I’m currently taking:

Vitamin D3
Vitamin K2
Ashwaganda gummies

Anything I should add/ take out?
 
yes but they won't do anything noticeable

all unneccesary, just eat healthy, lift weights and be a kid.

its all genes, no supplement/PED will compensate for bad genes
 
These are necessary honestly if you’re deficient you would see a good difference but rember bone grows slowly and you’re actually soon entering the peak bone growth stage
