taking zopiclone long-term?

my sleep has always been shit and i've been taking zopiclone to assist with it and it's helped tremendously, however i am wondering if anyone here has used zopiclone long-term and if so have you noticed any side effects because of it? i don't wanna fuck myself up

well of course it will help tremendously it's a sleeping pill

the side effect is dependence. there are other more basic solutions but i guess if your sleep is that fucked that you need these drugs then u might need to experiment with stuff that wont make u dependent

all sleep drugs, benzos barbiturates z drugs all interfere with rem sleep and sleep cycles so you fall asleep but the quality of sleep you get is as bad as it could be, eat raw meat and fix your life

I used it for a while and it makes you sleep but you feel kinda groggy every morning and it adds up so you get a bit retarded
