As long as it's not a communist state or some third world shithole in Africa. Dictatorships with high IQ populations have historically had plenty of successful talented people who make plenty of money. Even former communist states like China now have a sizable middle class that is growing. Sure there are also poor people but they are mostly low IQ dumbfucks whom would be poor without western style welfare benefits anyway.

Honestly democracy is just a bad joke. Look at what is happening in the USA and Europe where leftism coupled with immigration is completely destroying everything. This shit isn't happening in places like China. Fact is that genetically superior people will almost always be successful unless commies or brown people take over. Democracy only benefits the genetically lesser, at the expense of those who are actually talented.

Of course corruption still exists, but they (assuming we are talking about high IQ dictatorships like China) still promote at least some meritocracy in the economy which favors the intelligent. Democracies in the west all the while, are slowly falling apart because of all the degenerates that get to vote.
