Start any hobby, skill, or competitive endeavor.
Drawing/art, language learning, studying, instruments, sports, gym. And people with more talent will outshine you with less effort. Even with MULTIPLAYER GAMES you will get MOGGED by people with superior reaction time and strategy while you play like a flowchart compared to them and they're thinking 3 steps ahead. You can't even cope with GAMES. JFL!
And for things like languages, instruments, and art? You will NEVER make up for not having started when you were a child by parents who forced you to do it EVEN IF YOU HAVE TALENT because the good people have both talent AND parents that made them do it since they were young children. You will never be TRULY fluent in a foreign language that's vastly different from your own, like Chinese or Arabic if you're an English native speaker. Those mental pathways in your brain are CLOSED OFF from your reduced neuroplasticity and in a native speaker's brain they're firing on all cylinders. Not only are kids' brains easier to change to become good at something but you will never make up for the TIME investment because you just do not have enough time - unless you are an independently wealthy trust funder.
