I was just at the doctors office (17,6ft,170lbs) and he told me three things.
1. I’m getting too lean (I can barely see my bottom abs)
2. I need more vaccines (the one I’m missing is 1 in 100,000)
3. And lastly he asked me if tracking my food makes me feel good about myself. This was in a passive aggressive way as well
I’m still in denial over what just happened. I am being gaslit into thinking I’m crazy for not wanting more vaccines and seed oils.
So it is finally over and I’ve accepted my fate. I’m driving to Arby’s right now. This is will be the beginning of my new chud life.
