nichemaxxing NW3 manlet (I estimate 5'5" based off counter height analysis). He looks like a jacked 50 y/o, which is very impressive if he is actually 50 y/o, but he is probably 28. They don't say where in FL, but has to be greater Miami.

I do agree with eggs though but you need to eat balanced (not more than 6-10 max)

Balanced diet is everything
