Sounds pretty normal lol like I stated earlier surface level

Maybe try escalating a bit i.e. telling her her hair smells nice and using it as an excuse to touch her (unless she
herself is already giving you cues to do so) then even better.

Its also possible you aren't picking up on their social cues to escalate
