Better than nothing for practicing holding a conversation but talking to randoms through a screen where there are no stakes isn't going to do much for your IRL inhibition. Also other factors that may be a source of inhibition IRL aren't present so it's not realistic practice (eg. being a manlet or framecel)

I'm under the impression it's probably not the same level of socialization obviously, but wouldn't be surprised if it could help you out. I've tested the waters quite a bit IRL. Been slapped a lot JFL trying to be giga low inhib and treating girls like shit, and also been ghosted for being too much of a cuck at times, but the experience and learning has been valuable regardless. I could imagine omegle could kind of be a training grounds. More talking to foids = getting better at talking to them even if it's online imo.
