No, after is more "v": she did sth either to masseters, or gonions. Now her jaw looks as a straight line more. The pointed chin is the same in both pictures, i think just the light slightly changed. This is why it seems the chin is more pointed in the first pic. But in reality, the second pic has exactly the same v-shape chin. the difference is the back of the jaw.
