If u have properly bad posture, even if u try to stand "straight" ur spine will still be curved and forward head posture. I gained 2 inches after fixing my posture. My posture was fucked. Tight hamstrings, weak glutes, forward head posture, thoracic kyphosis. anterior pelvic tilt. it took me years to fix these issues
