Growing up my mom said my first meal was boiled raw milk when I was born in India

In puberty it was shit all subhuman daal diet

Yeah started eating more meat when I turned 18 like beef etc

Now I’ve switched to 1lb of beef every day

6’4 unfrauded, litreally was obese growing up, ate a lot of sugary bs, didn’t even eat meat because my parents are vegetarians so the only animal product I consumed was milk and cheese (no eggs either)

ate meat w literally almost every meal. Sausage in the morning lunch meat for lunch like sandwiches and red meat or white for dinner (w plant based shi too)

It matters not if you're vegan. What matters is if you get a complete macro and micronutrient profile, and there are plant-based foods you can combine to make a complete protein. Like legumes, beans, lentils, and chickpeas with grains like rice, quinoa, and bread. All you're going to get from this thread are anecdotes. Most tall dudes ate like shit in their formative years. Just like most regular people.

Do your own research, man. You can create a complete protein by just combining plants and their amino acids. There's no added benefit, seeing how cheap chicken is, but it's just plain wrong to say what you are saying.

High calorie with a little bit more protein than the average person
 
As long as you’re not starved, diet is utterly cope for height and in general development.

I’m a fatcel rn and 179cm/5’10.5 at 15 years old. I think obesity without low test is the way to go. Also I ate TONS of meat, rice, chicken, bread and also TONS of chips, soda, drinks.
