Tamoxifen Skin and bloat

Title

So I started Tamoxifen 3 Days ago - 20mg Daily to get rid of newly formed gyno.

Now I started to get a huge bloat and some Water retention in my Arms. Also my Skin Starts to get worse in the Face

Any advice or Even some Experience?

I got mine from Indiamart
I have 60mg tabs but I split them in half so I get 30mg ed
Starting cuz I already have pre existing gyno and rn im 7 days on 490mg test and if it gets worse tho im gonna up to 60mg ed
