Do not put sunscreen or any of those jewish chemicals please . If you want a good tan but not want to fuck up your skin , you can either use coconut oil , eat a high protein / cholesterol diet with lots of fats or use mt2 . Abuse caretenoids while tanning as well . This is how amnesia managed to tan in his 30s without a single wrinkle
