Tanning and spf

Ok so it seems there are two boats with this

1 - SPF is a meme that stops you tanning, and the SMV gained from a tan outweighs the negatives. Effects on face arnt as bad as the majority make out.

People post the same pic of the old driver with the half wrinkly face and half not which is a super extreme example.

2 - SPF should be worn every day, resulting in being pale ?

My question is if using tanning beds can you actually tan whilst wearing say a spf 25 ?
Seems like finding the balance is the best option

Yeah, some people are idiots. Look, we know that UV damage is the root cause of the vast majority (its estimated at around 90%) of extrinsic ageing (and that's without getting into the whole skin cancer shebang). Why would you accelerate that process?

You can still tan through sunscreen. And self tanning products exist if you're that bothered.

Why would you do that? Thats like shooting holes in a barrel of water just to try to frantically refill it constantly.
Honestly you'd be better off wearing sunscreen and just laying out tanning due to the difference in strength and radiation type ratios between beds. But if you want skin like leather, then go for it.

Do not use tanning beds. If you really want to get tan just use melanotan with normal sun exposure and get a moderate tan. Otherwise, just wait a few years until topical treatments are out that can give you a real tan without sun, like tanning sik-inhibitor creams.
