When i was lean as fuck, my face was hollowed and female attention skyrocketed. I’m like 7kg pure fat more right now, it’s fucking brutal. I will get back there after I consume this entire large Dominose Pizza. May try protein sparing modified fasting. The hair system and tan are kinda compensating slightly for the increase in fat, but nothing will beat having a giga lean face.
Aqualyx
It’s working for my nasofolds I think, will do a few more sessions and finish off the vial before I say for sure, but I think they are definitely less noticeable.

Carbs are great for athletic performance, and shit for aesthetics. That simple. Most nutrient dense foods are also high fat and protein, low carb.
Blast and cruise / roids
TBH high dose test can be a looksmin for some, but standard 500 test cycle is good for gauging how you respond to roiding. Best way that’s actually a looksmax that will prevent any facial bloat etc is running trt test then adding other roids on top of that. There are better roids out there for your goals then test, wether that’s getting lean or backing on muscle.
What I tried but not worth it:
Oral Minox - Fucking insane lash and brow growth, girls mirined so hard - literally got 2 girls from lashes alone. They literally stoked my eyelashes with their finger, i was in utter shock.
Why I stopped oral minox - causes bloat and rapes collagen, idgaf about studies or anything, anecdotally it did for me. I also cba to take that shit for the rest of my life.
Oral castor - also worked insane for lash and brows.
Why i stopped? I again cba to drink oil for the rest of my life.
DNP - it staright up makes me crave so much food it’s not even worth it. I’d rather just water fast or something. The one time i did a 60 hour water fast with electrolytes i felt 0 hunger.
Cleansers and any skincare - All complete BS. Fucking laughing at stripping your skin of natural oils your skin needs and replacing them with artificial manufactured bs chemicals.
Tret - I concluded all skincare is cope and BS. Good diet = Good skin. Tret is just constant purging and gay glow. Fuck that.
GLP-1 - Works, I think. rather live with hunger than use more drugs tbh so stopped.

Maybe do less steps, like 15k a day, and calories down to 1.2k? would probably end up being a bigger deficit since walking doesn’t burn a tremendous amount?

It’s an aggressive deficit yes. It’s not a sustainable or long term diet, and it’s not meant to be. Its purpose is solely to shed as much body fat as possible, as quick as possible. You will be able to get enough protein to maintain muscle, and be able to get enough fats for hormone regulation. It’s essentially 0 carb (or carb only pre workout) since all foods have to be nutrient dense and have fat for hormones (can’t have “fluff” in the diet). I can’t really see a problem in doing it short term like one month. Shed as much body fat as possible in shortest period of time.1200-1400 cals sounds retarded unless you are 40 kg 4'11 woman.
You should do 15-20% calorie deficit(or 25% if you believe in yourself) and eat high protein, if not your t3(thyroid or whatever tgis shit called in english) levels would be fucked and your body will enter starve zone and again your health would be fucked. I might make a post here about this.

I had used minox, and gave great regrowth, but caused me sides like chest tightness and bloating. So i stopped. The aftermath of stopping was the extremely thin hair all over top of head. I decided that fin alone wasn’t gonna recover it. So decided to hair system max. Glad i did cos the hair is better than my natural hair anyway.
IMO, if you have hair to recover, better off calling it a day and get a hair system tbh.
