Tanning on Aqualyx

Its been about 7 days now since my last aqualyx session am i good to go into the sun and tan or still wait? And if so without or with sunscreen (uv 5)

Idk ive read it a couple times that it makes swelling worse

Aight also i got type I skin so wont using sunscreen stop/slow me down from tanning?

i was the same, still use sunscreen tbh, If i was you i would look into pairing Mt2 with a slight self tanner in low uv and relying on the mt2 if the uv rises, thats what i did and i went from pale as shit to a nice golden tan (helped my appeal).
