I know it’s got bad affects for the skin but it’s makes one literally look like a glowing god especially when lean. It’s makes you look more cut and muscular while looking more chiseled

Don’t underestimate a good tan

tanning does not cause wrinkles in fact it does the opposite, that is if its done moderately and you dont burn yourself. Though this is only true if you metabolically healthy.

Use melatonan 2 so just 20 minutes tanning with it is like 60 minutes without. 20 minutes will maybe make you look 1 year older at 40 at worst jfl

I haven't seen the sun in weeks, literally go to sleep at 6am, wake up at 3pm and go outside when its night jfl, not intentionally to avoid the sun, i just procrastinate on sleeping tbh

Fr nigga idk why but everytime I go in the sun I look like a beautiful high t prettyboy

I noticed this for years when I buzzed one summer and my skin glowed just from being in the sun and swimming in the pool

go deeper on this?

I've tanned for about 15 years without sunscreen and have no wrinkles. I get kinda tired of telling people the truth because it seems like no one wants to hear it. It's much easier to have an excuse to hide in your basement playing video games and eating junk food rather than doing what is healthy ie restricted animal-based diet and sensible amount of sun exposure for your skin type.

Melanotan 2 is the obvious choice - you limit collagen damage but still get a deep tan.

The other option is fake tans. The upside is that you get absolutely zero collagen damage and a very deep golden bronze tan.
The downside is the residue is annoying to scrub off and the effect wears off after 10 days.

Applying fake tan a dozen times each summer is annoying.

but melanotan 2 causes insane inflammation in your body, thats why you become red like lobster after injecting

I haven't noticed any inflammation or redness after injecting (except a bit on the belly, where you're supposed to inject, but it goes away in a few minutes).

Some people report getting a lot of moles after injecting it, but I never noticed extra moles either.

There is also a nasal spray for people who don't want to inject it.

There is almost no reason not to use it, except extreme cases like allergy to melanotan.

It gives you 8 hours worth of tan in less than half an hour, greatly minimizing sun damage or UVA/UVB damage from a tanning bed.

Sun tanning or tanning bed? And yeah I heard of a few posters who’ve been tanning for years band claim no wrinkles and don’t really use skin products

1. fake tan is extremely obvious and it's also patchy as fuck therefore doesn't look real.
