FLAWLESS GOLDEN SKIN OR DEATH

I understand Retin-a increases your sensitivity to the sun, and you can peel / get redness if you don't use sunscreen.

Planning on living in some hot countries next year if my moneymaxxing all goes to plan. Will I be able to tan lightly (wearing SPF 30 or 50) while using tretinoin?

Or if you use tretinoin are you basically committing to not getting a natural tan?

I already take beta carotene and astaxanthin. And I'm not sold on completely avoiding the sun.

The health benefits of the sun on the entire body are too much to pass up on for NTmaxxing. It basically boosts the energy production of your entire body by making your mitochondria more efficient.

Personally, I have a better memory, better mood and much more dopamine and libido in the sun. However, I do plan to use a natural mineral sunscreen on my face, while leaving it off my body to still get the positive effects from the sun while not looking like a foot by the time I turn 50

Ret is used to eliminate sun damage, its like taking the antidote and then the poison. Niggers will nig.

how tf do you even get this coloring though. i honestly think its just good collagen + shit ton of tanning, on his insta you see him going on vacation all the time

It's not even that much of a deep tan- most northern europeans can achieve this. You're right- main thing is collagen.

But he also has red undertones

its a pretty deep tan for most europeans though. but thats because nowadays most people are inside 24/7. i doubt he uses retin a or anything as well, because you cant use that when in the sun all day. he will look like my grandma when he is like 30 though lol

whats lycopene if i may ask?
Lycopene (from the neo-Latin Lycopersicum, the tomato species) is a bright red carotenoid hydrocarbon found in tomatoes and other red fruits and vegetables, such as red carrots, watermelons, grapefruits, and papayas. Although lycopene is chemically a carotene, it has no vitamin A activity.[4]
In plants, algae, and other photosynthetic organisms, lycopene is an intermediate in the biosynthesis of many carotenoids, including beta-carotene, which is responsible for yellow, orange, or red pigmentation, photosynthesis, and photoprotection.[4] Like all carotenoids, lycopene is a tetraterpene.[4] It is insoluble in water. Eleven conjugated double bonds give lycopene its deep red color. Owing to the strong color, lycopene is useful as a food coloring (registered as E160d) and is approved for use in the USA,[5] Australia and New Zealand (registered as 160d)[6] and the European Union.[7]

jfl thats not me

i just used him because his colour is the exact same as mine

I use spf 30 moisturiser every day and tan with retin a. No problems at all. The sun actually seems to help my skin a lot as long as I have protection

SPF does not indicate protection from UVA rays. At all.

I don't know, I miss having a tan but obviously they age you so I'd only get a tan if I'm seeing females or something becaus eit improves my looks quite a bit. I tried a few sunless tanners but the result wasn't good. Too orange looking or patchy, etc.

The health benefits of the sun on the entire body are too much to pass up on for NTmaxxing. It basically boosts the energy production of your entire body by making your mitochondria more efficient.

Is that benefit from vitamin D3 itself or is that another benefit from sun rays themselves?

tanning face = bad. Just use jergen's natty glow and sun your body.

Vitamin D3 is important, but yes- the main benefits are from red / IR wavelengths which penetrate many inches into your body and speed up ATP production from mitochondria.

This is also why if you are doing red light therapy, you should use it on your whole body rather than just face (although face is important too)

what time you take beta carotene and astaxanthin? I mean with meals, or it doesnt matter?

beta carotene with food

and just don't take astaxanthin on an empty stomach or you'll get cramps

You gotta wear sunscreen over it. Every 2 hours freshen it up

isn‘t a light tan more important than retin-a collagen in your 20s and early 30s.

who cares if you have a few more wrinkles at 40 when you won‘t slay anymore anyways

My plan is to tan until I settle down, and then use retin a when I am settled down, so I can enjoy my prime with good coloring, and look younger later in my life. I’m pale blonde so I look much better with tan, as you can see by the picture coloring improves a lot. Also ignore camera angle and long philtrum lol, I’ve heard it all before

look good brudda nohomo

my plan is to tan lightly with retin-a + use melanotan

I reckon you should still be able to achieve a dark tan while on retin-a if you tan gently + use sunscreen
