I've done subq and nasal spray and got results with both, if you are pinning a lot of other shit just do nasal spray but if not then pinning gives you more control over how you want to dose it. Make sure to learn how to do a nasal spray correctly btw, most iqlets who say it doesn't work were probably letting it all drip down the back of their throats anyway. Honestly not surprising, they probably like stuff dripping down the back of their throats if you get what I mean. Mark me solution btw
