I legit just get more pink when I try to tan I'm really pale any advice one how to get a tan should I just keep trying normally?

I was in the same situation, like so pale that people pointed it out.
Now im on mt1 for about 2 months and basically everyone I know has asked me how I got so tan and whether I’m using sunbeds jfl
