Should I swap out any of this, this is what I eat

- sweet potato
Beef mince/steak
Chicken breast
Banana
Milk
Avocado
Eggs
Maybe sourdough but it’s grains

avoid sourdough at all costs its a grain slave food that will cause inflammation

have the banas be kept to 2 a day, anything more would be a sugar bomb lol

make sure the milk is organic & beef is grass fed & grass finished

also try to add ground beef as well & fish too
