It actually crazy "people" like this exist. He has midface of 1.03 - 1.05 even tho he has dysgenic long asf philtrum, as well as his nose height to width ratio is close to 1 to 1 and don't forget about yellow sclera , large irises without any pupils definition and philtrum so flat you can see it from the front
