Taste difference in grass vs grain fed

Do you guys notice a taste or texture difference in grass fed meat as opposed to your average storebought grain fed meat?

I sometimes switch between goyslop ground beef and organic grass-fed, and there is a noticeable difference. The organic grass-fed has more of a soft, doughy texture, while the shitty ground beef has a firmer texture that resembles noodles due to the grinding.
